OFFICIAL RULES

Dates:

This promotion begins at 7/17/19 at 6:00 a.m. PST (Pacific Standard Time) to 8/17/19 at 11:59 p.m. PST. (The “Promotion
Period”).

Eligibility:

Entrants must be at least 18 years of age or older, to participate. Officers and employees and Representatives of
Office Master, Inc. aka, OM (the “Sponsor”), and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, their vendors and agents, and the immediate family members of the foregoing, are not eligible to win. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, destroyed or misdirected entries.

TO ENTER: There are three (3) ways to enter:

Method # 1: Instagram:

To participate using Instagram, Instagram entrants must be a follower of the following account @om.seating and have a valid, public Instagram Account. Participants are asked to take a tasteful photo or video of themselves having a playful moment at work and share their photo and/or video by tagging the account noted above and including the hashtag #werksyfun for an entry. One entry with the appropriate hashtags is one (1) entry. The Instagram app is only available for iPhone at the iTunes® App Store or for Android devices available at Google Play. There is no fee to download the Instagram app. Use of the Instagram app and any/all features is subject to the Instagram Terms of Use available at http://instagram.com/legal/terms/. Message and data rates may apply.

Method #2: Facebook:

To participate using Facebook, Facebook followers are asked to sign-up and like the following Facebook Page:
https://www.facebook.com/OfficeMaster, post a photo or video of you having a playful moment at work and include the hashtag #werksyfun for an entry. One post with the appropriate hashtag is one (1) entry. Message and data rates may apply if using a mobile device to post. Due to the privacy settings of individual participants, not all posts may be viewable by all participants. The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to determining eligibility of posts. Entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Sponsor’s Privacy

Method #3: Twitter:

To participate using Twitter, Twitter followers are asked to sign-up and follow the following Twitter accounts: @om.seating, Tweet a photo or video of themselves having a playful moment at work and include the hashtag #werksyfun for an entry. One tweet with the appropriate hashtag is one (1) entry. Message and data rates may apply if using a mobile device to tweet. Due to the privacy settings of individual participants, not all Tweets may be viewable by all participants. The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to determining eligibility of Tweets. Entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

First Prize:

One (1) first prize winner will be selected by the Sponsor from among all eligible entries received during the period since the immediate preceding prize determination cutoff time, generally based on the criteria outlined below in this section. Winner will receive one (1) $1,000.00 prize. Method of delivery and form of prize money to be determined by Sponsor. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during that respective prize window (defined as the Promotion Period).

Second Prize:

One (1) second prize winner will be selected by the Sponsor from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, generally based on the criteria outlined below in this section. Winner will receive one (1) Werksy® Rocker upholstered in up to Grade 5 seat and/or back upholstery. Delivery method to be determined by Sponsor. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during that respective prize window (defined as the Promotion Period).

Third Prize:

One (1) third prize winner will be selected by the Sponsor from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, generally based on the criteria outlined below in this section. Winner will receive (1) Werksy Guest or Tasker Chair upholstered in up to Grade 5 seat and/or back upholstery. Delivery method to be determined by Sponsor. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during that respective prize window (defined as the Promotion Period).

Judging Criteria:

However you work, Wherever you work, show us how you Werksy®! Winning Entry(-ies) must be deemed by the Sponsors
to contain each of the following (in no particular order):

• Does it exhibit creativity?
• Does it have humor?
• Last, but not least, does it demonstrate how you have FUN in your work environment (wherever that may be)?
• General Terms & Conditions:Potential Winner will be notified by a direct message to their Instagram, Twitter or Facebook account, and will have 4 days within which to claim their prize, or an alternate winner may be selected, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. No substitution or exchange of prize will be allowed, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All photos and videos submitted must be original and the intellectual property of the Entrant/Submitter. Entrants/Submitters will retain ownership of their photo entry, but submission of it will confirm that Sponsor may use said photo for publicity purposes. Entry also constitutes permission, where allowable, for Sponsor to use the name, photograph and likeness of the winner for promotional purposes, without further compensation. Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any Entry at any time in the event it is determined that the Entry is offensive, inappropriate, not in keeping with Sponsors’ images or if it is determined that the entrant has not otherwise complied with these Official Rules. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. All taxes on prizes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and local rules and regulations apply. Entrants/winner agree to “hold harmless” the Sponsor, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and agents affiliated with this promotion for any and all damages that may result from acceptance of the prize offered, and/or participation in the promotion.
